Worst

If you are dark skin i would not recommend laser treatment because this procedure did not work for me.

In eight months, this was the first time was pleased with laser service. The new aesthetician is very patient, listens to your concerns and tells you what to expect. No rudeness like the previous aesthetician! I don't care much about staff at laser dept. but we love the urgent care physician, urgent care staff is really great. I'm definitely very pleased with service with new aesthetician. more

I am not very pleased with all the staff very cold no sympathy especially when it comes to making appointment you have no option very limited. I bought a living social for Lazer treatment 5 months ago and I'm only at my third treatment because they push you the farthest appointment and I have 5 more to go and I'm stressing I can't wait to get then done and never go back I give them no stars!!!! more

Staff was friendly and got me in a little earlier than I was scheduled for. Purchased the six session package on Living Social. I can't see a difference after one visit but hopefully I'll notice more next time! more

Very Professional Experience 9/9/2013

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. The doctor saw me in a timely manner, reviewed what I was to expect, what to do and not do after the botox injection, and I even have a follow-up appt. This was not done for me at my last surgeon's office. more

I have had a really good experience with the laser hair removal treatments I've received at Calvine Urgent Care and Medical Aesthetics. Both Rose & Angie have been very thorough and friendly during the procedures. However, I took away one star for the front desk staff. I feel that they can be a bit unprofessional and lacking in their customer service. more

I highly recommend this service at Calvine Urgent Care and Medical Aesthetics. The new laser machine they have is the best - it is fast, painless and it gives great results. No more inch-by-inch lengthy zapping of hair. The staff is very friendly and polite. I always had a great time during my visits and will be back for more treatments whenever new specials and promotions are available. more
