I needed to have a foggy window pane and beveled glass chandelier panel replaced. Tim came in a timely fashion and measured for the job, then called to tell me to expect a call for scheduling the work to be completed. John called and scheduled for the following week. Then he called a day in advance to confirm the time and the work to be completed. John arrived at the time scheduled and completed the work, without leaving a trace of evidence that the window pane had been replaced! The glass for the chandelier was the perfect fit and without a scratch. A relief as it is a prominent place in our dining room. Thank you!
