Laird's Glass

I needed to have a foggy window pane and beveled glass chandelier panel replaced. Tim came in a timely fashion and measured for the job, then called to tell me to expect a call for scheduling the work to be completed. John called and scheduled for the following week. Then he called a day in advance to confirm the time and the work to be completed. John arrived at the time scheduled and completed the work, without leaving a trace of evidence that the window pane had been replaced! The glass for the chandelier was the perfect fit and without a scratch. A relief as it is a prominent place in our dining room. Thank you! more

Great Auto Glass Service! I know there are a lot of choices out there for auto glass replacement and since most are insurance claims, convenience more than price matters to most. Beware of the quick services that travel to your car, they can damage paint. more

I had a window and a few screens that needed to be repaired. I had previously had some work done with another company that did a great job, but I figured I'd give Laird's a try. After all, I like to support local companies and Laird's is only a few minutes away from my home. The owner, Tim, came by, took measurements, and said he'd call me when the parts were in (~1 week). Two weeks later...no call. Finally I called Laird's and spoke to Tim who was shocked that no one contacted me. Apparently my window came in broken, but he told me my screens were done. Again, he promised that someone from the company would be calling me in a few days. Another week went by...no call. I ended up stopping by the shop myself one Saturday thinking that I could at least pick up my screens and check on my window order. Mind you, this was now TWO months later... Tim was in the shop at the time. He told me my screens weren't repaired but it would take 5 minutes to do, yadda yadda yadda. I politely asked him to give me my screens and left. I can't imagine how this business is still around when this is how the OWNER runs the company... Such a shame. I wouldn't recommend Laird's to anyone. more
