On Wednesday 8/14 I called Bilzi Mac Services. A very nice lady named Sue answered and asked me question to better understand my reason for calling.Sue, after about 5 minutes of conversation set up a house visit by her husband and partner Steve for the next day at 9:30 am.\r
Steve called the next morning and told me he was running about 15 minutes behind.\r
!5 minutes latter he was knocking on my door.\r
It took Steve about an hour to analyze and fix my problem.\r
His bill was lower than expected.\r
Two hours after he left he called and asked if everything was still working properly.\r
I would use Bilzi Mac Services again and I am sure I will have that opportunity.\r
I will also feel comfortable about recommending them to my freinds.\r
