Review content:
We had Central Fla Septic Inc. come and service our septic tank in 07/15/2012 because our toilets were backed up. The first time they came out, supposedly they put in a new pump and some chemicals (which the bottles weren't even sealed) and charged us $975, which we paid complete with cash same day. Next day we notice that our front yard is flooded with water, come to find out they had broken a pipe. Our most recent complaint was in June 2013. Our water was backing up again, so we called Central Fla Septic to come out and take a look at the problem since it hadn't even been a year since they came to install a new pump in the septic. A guy by the name of Matt came out, and he dug a hole in the front yard to stick a hose to see if there was anything that was clogging the septic. In that process, he gets the hose stuck in our jacuzzi which is in the master bedroom. He could not take the hose back out, so he called another company so they would send a plumber to come and dislodge the hose. The man did not even wait, he charged us $275 for doing a job that was BADLY done and we paid cash again. The plumber arrives, and in the process of taking out the hose which is stuck in the jacuzzi, he breaks our jacuzzi. We called the company to complain and the owner told us that there was nothing he could do and he would not reimburse us our money back. We are now in August, we still have a broken jacuzzi and our water is backing up AGAIN! I believe that this company has scammed us! Apparently these people that have come out to our property have not done anything because our water keeps backing up. I think they sold us a broken pump, and put in water instead of the chemicals they were supposed to put into our tank as I have read other reviews from their previous customers and they said that bottles were supposed to be sealed but weren't. We are out of almost $1,400 in less than a year and are left with the same problem PLUS a broken jacuzzi thanks to these scammers. I am working with an attorney to see what we can do so this does not happen to anyone else.
