WARNING!!! DONT RENT FROM DECA REALTY!\r
I have lived in one of deca realty buildings for going on 3yrs and every year they have raised my rent and the building I am is in need of many upgrades and repairs I have a neighbor that has been in the building for 6 or more years and their rent is still very low I have proof of this and their unit is the exact same as mine but yet they raise my rent every year I have been in their building DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY ARE VERY PREJUDICE AGAINST CERTAIN PEOPLE!
