Mixed experience with Cinco Mech for me. Initially it was sent by First American and they did the job. Next day there was a leak stain all over the hallway which wasn't before. Cinco returned to my house on the next day but told my wife that the AC wasn't balanced correctly and that the insurance wouldn't cover for anything. Had to file a claim and finally Franck called and said Cinco would take care of everything, and they did!. I guess service level depends on who from Cinco takes the call... Franck you are great to deal with!, but unfortunatelly I can't say the same about the other person who came to my house at first call. Still, I would call Cinco again, but I'll ask for Franck.
