The Price of the van was amazing. That is what got my wife and I so interested in the first place. Juan was very nice throughout the buying of the car. Along the way, however, there was some miscommunication which is why I reviewed the overall experience as okay. I felt that some of the miscommunication could have been avoided with some phone calls rather than texting. There were some times where we were given some deadlines that were never met. However, I did feel that the intentions of the given deadlines were to appease us as the buyer. Yet, as I stated before some of the miscommunication could have been avoided if we were given realistic deadlines from the beginning instead of frustrating deadlines that were not met. In the End Juan had our best interest in mind as things were ultimately delayed due to some final touches that he felt the Van needed before the final sale. It was definitely worth the wait in the end as the Van is everything we expected and more.
