This company has severe issues with customer service. My experiences with Austin Properties has been that they fail to return calls and address issues in a timely manner. My partners mother bought us a Condo last July at one of the properties Austin Manages. In January 2013 I emailed Shirley Austin and informed her of the need of some repairs that the HOA is required to cover. It took almost 6 months! It is always excusaes with this company. I have no idea how they have stayed in business this long. I would not recommend Austin Properties to any HOA looking for a Management Company.
