I live out of state and found Panorama Balloon Tours on Groupon. I called about two weeks prior to my vacation to San Diego area and asked if I could use the Groupon. I wanted to give my husband a surprise birthday gift of a lifetime. I also indicated to Jaime (the company owner) that as I was going to be on vacation and was arriving from out of state; I only could use it on one specific day. Jamie was VERY accommodating and really worked with my situation. He booked us for that day, but asked me to call that day to confirm weather. I did and everything was perfect! He sent me a text to let me know where the meeting site was and what time to be there. The experience was unbelieveable! The pilot, Phil just happens to be the most experienced pilot of all the companies and has 23 years experience. He goes out of his way to be an excellent guide and has some good humor to add to the experience. I would do this again in a heartbeat! Thank you Panorama Balloon Tours, Jamie and Phil for an unforgetable time!
