Wow, I have to say this was a great Experience. I actually booked with Magical Adventure Balloon rides, and they changed me to this company without notifying me. So, no kudos to them, this company was great!\r

I was sent an email and called by someone to confirm meetup time, but once I got there, I realized it was Panorama. I did not book with them because of the negative reviews, but I was very surprised and happy.\r

We booked the sunset view in Del Mar. Phil was our pilot, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He was a very nice guy and knew the area vey well. Now, I am pretty scared of heights, much more than I thought I was, but he makes you feel very calm and confident as you're floating a mile high in the air.\r

It was a very peaceful ride. There were 9 of us flying (other than the pilot) and still enough room to not feel smothered. The crew helping us take off and land were very friendly. We gave a toast with Champagne afterwards for new experiences and safe travels.
