I came up with the idea of taking my daughter for a hot air baloon ride for her birthday because i wanted to do something really special for her birthday. Her Birthday Theme was Aim High and Reach for the Stars!! Ofcourse, I was booking this while we would be visiting San Diego for the weekend from L.A and on a Mid Friday Afternoon,--Last Minute, uhm.....YA! Jaime was so quick to respond, called me back and gave me updates on availability, and weather, and was really a decent man. \r

I came across Panorama through a google search, spoke to Jaime and booked by phone. I did not read through any of the yelp reviews until after I had booked. I was a little surprised to see the negative comments, because my experience with him was a little different. He was actually really nice to me over the phone and i felt confident to book with him. He was very informative, explained the entire process and promised to make it special for my daughters Birthday. (We had a Happy B-Day Banner she got to hold up in front of the basket)-That was very nice!\r

The ground team was amazing, and were so focused on making sure everyone was comfortable and took lot's of photos for us.-The Crew and Pilot even sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and really made it special. Phil the Pilot was absolutley the nicest man ever, and extreamly personable, friendly, knowledgable and humurous. He made us feel very safe and he definatly knew what he was doing. I would reccomend Panorama to my friends, and would definatly book with them again. In fact, one of my friends from overseas saw my photos and will be booking a flight when she visits next time.
