Talk about bait and switch!! All the stories you start seeing on the internet about this company are true!! They don't use Semi's to move you. They show up in a rented Penske truck. Tell you they go by weight and then turn around and say they go by cu.ft. Tried to DOUBLE the rate!! I said No Way....turned around and rented my own Penske truck....hired one of their guys away from them to drive for me & turned them into D.O.T. (Department of Transportation). This company is pathetic and totally dishonest!! They prey on women and elderly because when they get there and double the price, most people don't have any other options or choices. I did!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! IT'S ALL A SCAM!! Everyone should report this sad little company to the Department of Transportation and put them out of business!!
