Do not pay him advance. I had to wait six month to get my stuff done. Get everything in writing including all the pipes. otherwise he will not do all the pipe which you discussed during giving him the work. Dont believe in him. he is not honest person and he does not do his job instead he hire people without license to do the job. Quality work was not done at all because money was paid in advance. Get everything in writing; I said everything. I CAN NOT BE ALONE on this. He may be writing his on good reviews. I suggest hire someone else. When my work was done, he changed only 70% of piping. His rate was higher 15 % and quality was lower 30%. He will make excuses like his truck went to repair shop two three times or I just came from hospital and surgery was done on me. Get a contract signed if he does not complete work within time frame, you have write to get your 100% money back. if you dont do this, you will regret.
