This vet joined with Furry Babies which is where I purchased my bugle (bulldog beagle mix.) This is the most unorganized vet I have ever been to. When I purchased my bugle from furry babies they informed me that all of her 1st shots and her spay were included in the purchase of the dog. Springhill vet later called me to tell me that I must hurry to get her into the vet because the included spay was only covered for a very short time. I returned their phone call later that day to set up the appointment only to be told it was to late and the spay would not be covered. After long debate between Furry Babies and Springhill vet Furry Babies decided to pay for the spay to then only be told by Springhill Vet that because I made an issue out of this and raised my voice at them they now would refuse to do the surgery. So I paid for services which they refused to do without refund. This is a joke of a business and would never recomend this vet to anyone!!
