Out pets have visited Dr Redeker and his staff for over 15 years. During that time their care and patience with our dog was exceptional. During visits for routine care and those that were more serious, they always treated her like the princess we thought she was. During her last visit they helped us make the difficult decision of putting her to sleep with dignity and giving us time to grieve and be part of her last moments. Six months later they helped us celebrate out new puppy.\r \r The office is always clean and inviting. Dr Redeker has even hosted several field trips for my daughters preschool and girls scout troops. Emphasizing pet care and safety. The staff is friendly and out going and always greets you and your pet by name.\r \r We couldn't have asked for better care over the years. more

Our family has been ""clients"" of Dr. Redeker's clinic for almost 20 years (since we moved into the area). Shortly after moving into the area, one of our Old English Sheepdogs (about 12 years old at the time) took ill. The compassionate care given by Dr. Redeker & his staff when our Sheepdog passed, convinced us that his was a place we would continue to patronize.\r \r We currently have four (4) dogs - 2 Yorkie Poo's, a Yorkshire Terrier and, of course, my baby, a Bedlington Terrier.\r \r Dr. Glen Redeker, his daughter, Dr. Erin Goelitz and the entire staff have AND do take wonderful care of our ""family"" (our kids as we cal them).\r \r We have, and will continue to, recommend them to everyone we know.\r more

When I moved to Carpentersville my current vet was over an hour away. My brother in-law & sister recommended Spring Hill Vet Clinic. Being a certified vet assistant I hate going to veterinary clinic where they talk down to you. Dr. Redeker & his staff are extremely friendly, compassionate & intelligent! I own a pet sitting service & when I met Dr. Redeker it turned out he knew a lot of the vets I had previously worked with. Their staff welcomed me to the area, & even refer me to their clients for pet sitting now. I recommend them to everybody I know. I've been very pleased with the compassionate care my pets & I received at their clinic. They also have a state of the art lab & equipment. more

Spring Hill Veterinary Clinic is the best among all the vets in the northern Fox Valley area. They have a very knowledgeable, professional, caring staff. We've taken exotic pet frogs in, and were prescribed effective medications with which to treat them. We've found injured wildlife, such as a young turtle with a fishhook in his eye, a bullfrog with part of his leg missing, an abandoned baby blue jay, and a cedar waxwing found on hot asphalt after colliding with a vehicle. All were treated with compassion at no charge. The bullfrog and the cedar waxwing, sadly, each died from stress-related heart failure, but the other two recuperated after treatment and were successfully returned to the wild. Our family has used SHVC for over 10 years. Dr. Redeker runs a tight ship with many years of experience and professionalism! This is a family run business along with an awesome staff! I look forward to many more years with SHVC as do my friends and family that I recommended to them. more

This vet joined with Furry Babies which is where I purchased my bugle (bulldog beagle mix.) This is the most unorganized vet I have ever been to. When I purchased my bugle from furry babies they informed me that all of her 1st shots and her spay were included in the purchase of the dog. Springhill vet later called me to tell me that I must hurry to get her into the vet because the included spay was only covered for a very short time. I returned their phone call later that day to set up the appointment only to be told it was to late and the spay would not be covered. After long debate between Furry Babies and Springhill vet Furry Babies decided to pay for the spay to then only be told by Springhill Vet that because I made an issue out of this and raised my voice at them they now would refuse to do the surgery. So I paid for services which they refused to do without refund. This is a joke of a business and would never recomend this vet to anyone!! more

We have been taking our dog to Spring Hill Vet for over 14 years. The staff there is wonderful. They are kind, polite, and professional. Dr. Redeker spends a lot of time discussing things and is always willing to thoroughly answer questions. You can see they really care about the animals they treat.\r \r When my youngest daughter's gerbil died, they even sent a sympathy card. more

I have just had to put my dong to rest after 14+ years. We selected Spring Hill 14 years ago and never regretted our decision. They were always polite, knowledgeable, helpful and very respectful. It my honest sincere opinion that Dr. Redeker and his staff did an outstanding job in every way. I would recommend Spring Hill to anyone. more

We have been bringing our felines to Spring Hill for several years. Dr. Reddiker's diagnostic ability saved our cat Cleo where 2 other vets could not help. They are good handlers of our felines, even for our male, Rupert, who is extremely difficult to handle when we bring him to the vet. For each consultation they take the time to review the results of the exam and/or test, and willing to work with our alternative vet Dr. Becker. Staff is very considerate and professional. Top notch! more
