When I'm sick, I want Sarah.\r

After a surgery, the daily dressing change was too painful, so I called Sarah. She saw me right away and calmly handled the daunting task with a competent and light touch - every day for a month. \r

Several life events sent me into a tailspin when I went to see Sarah for an unrelated problem. She immediately asked, ""What's going on? You don't seem like your usual self."" As I sobbed through tales of woe, Sarah listened intently without judgement and asked questions with genuine concern. I told her why I was there today, then blurted out that I'd injured my wrist over a year ago and never sought treatment. While remedying today's ailment, Sarah created a wellness plan. My wrist is now 100% normal and the rest of me is better, too.\r
