STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR !!!!!!! Consider this your warning !!!!!!!! I have seen this dr for over 3 years . ONLY because my insurance insisted that I see him and would not ( until now) listen to my constant complaints of unprofessional medical practices . I have been charged for 1 hr appt's by this dr each and every time I have seen him when he has never spent more than 5 to 7 minutes with me. My insurance company finally found this out. He will NOT listen to anything you have to say or even ask how you feel. He will only answer phone calls, text others, eat lunch or buy and sell houses in the middle of your visit . I have witnessed all of this on MANY occasions and have complained each time until the insurance company finally believed me. He is a horrible doctor . His secretary Candace is a royal witch. She is mean to all patients, shouts out your condition and medications while you stand at the waiting room desk and will not answer the phone without making you feel as if you have inconvenienced her terribly. She is just plain RUDE. Read all of the sites that feature this dr's. (and Candace's) reviews. He is only as strong as his weakest link and she sure drags him down even further than he already is. I have finally FIRED this horrid excuse for a dr. and thankfully found one with some compassion , intelligence , experience and a kind staff. Dr. Ashit Vijapura should be out of work and should take his pathetic staff with him . He is an awful excuse for a doctor and probably should stick to just buying and selling properties and TAKE CANDACE WITH HIM !!!! Those two deserve each other.
