I have had Park Avenue Properties manage one of my units now for several years. I find that property management companies in general show their true colors when problems with a tenant arise. Over the course of the past 12 months, we have had a situation with a tenant in which Park Ave and specifically Laura Russell have risen to the occasion and gone through extensive legwork to ensure that everything is consistently being resolved and we are moving forward together with a plan of action. Given that I am out of state, a relationship such as the one I have with Park Avenue Properties is essential to keep my home rented for the long term to a good tenant. I cannot say enough good things about Laura Russell and Park Avenue Properties when the going gets tough. . . and that's when it matters most.
