We Love our Puppy: Our Puppy was purchased at the All Pets Club in July. We had a good experience our puppy is healthy and socialized making his adjustment to our home easy and enjoyable. The puppy was easy to ""potty train"" and is very intellegent.\r The pet dept. manager was very informative in regards to the different types of dog food available and what the differences were in the ingredients listed.\r I was not impressed with one aspect of the transaction however and believe to be a realistic review it should be stated.\r When our older dog vistited the puppy at the store she developed a ""cold"" and a cough. I brought this to the attention to the staff and\r asked if that could be a problem. The Baby also had a runny nose.\r Turned out.... Both dogs were fine. But the impression I perceived was, when the sale is complete, that severs the relationship. After the initial call to check on the puppy No one called to re-check on the older dogs health nor the status of the puppy when it was explained a trip to the vet regarding coughing was necessary.\r I was amazed so many outside dogs were brought to the store to visit the puppies and not one owner was asked if their dogs had current shots or if the pet was in good health. This could compromise the puppies health as well. ""Kennel cough"" could be a problem with dogs brought from other areas to be purchased, as well as dogs on the outside brought in by the public to visit that have no information provided.\r While we were there several bigger agressive dogs almost started a dog ruckus which went unnoticed.\r The overall experience was wonderfull. I must state, we were there 2x per day at different times, visiting the puppy, the place was clean.. Even the bird cages were clean. The puppies seemed playful and happy.\r Our dog is wonderful.\r I would recommend the ""All Pets Club"" to anyone.\r Our experience as stated, was favorable.
