I recently purchased a used machine earlier last month. When I was there I was impressed with the terrific staff that had greeted me and showed me the Mower that I had come to see. I liked what I saw and I bought the mower that day. All was good until I had starting problems with the mower and had to jump it at each lawn in order to keep it running. I called to see if they could get my mower in and their staff was happy to have me drop it off and looked at. Being that its spring time I did not expect a good turn around rate, but I was very surprised having my mower fixed and ready to run about two business days after I dropped it off. It's very very hard to find good help and a good shop. I know I'm only a small cutting service out of Anderson Township, but I will for sure return because of the great care and service I was shown.
