Review content:
I have been searching for a home since 2009. I had researched home inspections online and found Kenny from Commonwealth Home Inspections that way. I explained exactly what my situation was and what I had been searching for in my first home. He helped me along the way and helped me find one that I wanted. He gave me advice on what to look for. He taught me how to see certain things: the kind of stuff I'd want to steer clear of because certain things are more costly in the long run. I've had him inspect three homes total. On my third home he actually congratulated me on having worked through him and on having remembering what he had taught me, which enabled me to find that home. That last home I ended up purchasing was one of the better home inspections he had been on. Even with the issues that one had, it wasn't like the other ones where the repairs would end up costing me a lot more money. No home is perfect. Pay attention to what he tells you. If you tell him straight and upfront exactly what you want, he will definitely let you know whether or not what you're looking at seems on track with what you want.
