BUYER BEWARE!\r
I leased a 2013 Kia Optima SX from Lokey Kia on June 30th. As of today (Aug. 3rd) the lease on the car I traded in has not turned in and the lease is still active. This week I had to make two car payments; 1 for the Nissan Altima I traded and 1 for the Kia Optima I am currently driving.\r

I have called the dealership numerous times and left many voicemail messages. No one has returned my calls. I have been in daily contact with the sale person who has been great but cannot seem to resolve the issue either.\r

This has been the worst car leasing experience I have had in the 20 years I have been leasing my vehicles. I will never lease/buy another vehicle from a Lokey Dealership again.\r
