BUYER BEWARE!\r I leased a 2013 Kia Optima SX from Lokey Kia on June 30th. As of today (Aug. 3rd) the lease on the car I traded in has not turned in and the lease is still active. This week I had to make two car payments; 1 for the Nissan Altima I traded and 1 for the Kia Optima I am currently driving.\r \r I have called the dealership numerous times and left many voicemail messages. No one has returned my calls. I have been in daily contact with the sale person who has been great but cannot seem to resolve the issue either.\r \r This has been the worst car leasing experience I have had in the 20 years I have been leasing my vehicles. I will never lease/buy another vehicle from a Lokey Dealership again.\r \r James Moore\r Clearwater Florida. more

Can't believe I had such a pleasant car buying experience 10/25/2011

I knew I wanted a 2012 Versa SV and my color choice and preferably with the convenience package. I live in Fort Myers and had been dealing with the dealerships in the area for more than a month with no success. Then I thought to go to the AAA site and look into the AAA car buying service. It connected me with numerous dealerships although none were in the immediate Fort Myers area. I then found out that the lifetime powertrain warranty that I heard about in this area is not given as it is in the Fort Myers area... so I was figuring it is a trade-off the better AAA pricing or the lifetime powertrain warranty. Then I was contacted by Lokey Nissan, specifically Eddie Cuevas. Their dealership has the AAA pricing, the lifetime powertain warranty and great people. They even offer 2 years maintenance (but driving to Clearwater from Fort Myers is too far for me for service) .. but for those of you in their area, you get even more for your money. Walked in and saw the info desk, they called the salesman to help me look at some cars. We found just what I was looking for in no time at all, no looking at cars out of my price range. Great buying experience! 9/26/2011

I have to say that this was by far the best purchase experience I have ever been a part of. My wife really liked the rogue sl, but there were none on the lot. Ali and his team searched the state and found one in Miami...2 days later, they called and we went down to sign papers. Price was great, but the service is what will keep us coming back for years to come. more

Bought both a 2011 Jetta SEL and a 2011 GTI. They did such a great job I bought two cars from them. Their price is the lowest on three counties and they will be any competitors price. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase as well as followed up with me to make sure I was still satisfied. more
