I'd barely give these guys 1 Star! We rent and our landlord is overseas. I guess they use that as an excuse for lousey service. They ""clean"" the pool to include brushing down the walls according to the checklist they leave and yet, the steps STILL have a brown film right after they leave. I can brush it off, why can't they? It's obvious they repeatedly don't do the service they claim on the check list and are contracted for. The tread keeps coming off track on the Polaris and their answer was ""it's working"". No, it wasn't. It was slowly moving in a very small circle but NOT functioning as it should. Light, ladder repairs getting done as requested by the owner is next to impossible. Too bad I can't fire them!
