I'd barely give these guys 1 Star! We rent and our landlord is overseas. I guess they use that as an excuse for lousey service. They ""clean"" the pool to include brushing down the walls according to the checklist they leave and yet, the steps STILL have a brown film right after they leave. I can brush it off, why can't they? It's obvious they repeatedly don't do the service they claim on the check list and are contracted for. The tread keeps coming off track on the Polaris and their answer was ""it's working"". No, it wasn't. It was slowly moving in a very small circle but NOT functioning as it should. Light, ladder repairs getting done as requested by the owner is next to impossible. Too bad I can't fire them! more

We lived in McLean for 20 years, and had a number of pool service companies, with the usual nightmare scenarios. Crystal Blue Aquatics has been the best service we have used--hands down. They are responsive, always there when you need them, and provide great service. Our pool water is always clear, the decks clean and ready to go at any time. In addition to the summer service, I would highly recommend the winter service. I have been living away from McLean, and the pool service continued without a problem for the last few years. \r I don't know if they are any more expensive than other companies, but I sure can tell you that they are worth every penny--no hassle, honest, and easy to work with. YOu can count on having a beautiful pool all summer long. I am in Florida now, and hope that Jason decides to move here--we could use him! more

I've been a pool owner four 16 years. Crystal blue aquatics has made the past 3, stress free. I was skeptical about the cost of weekly services during the summer but gave it a chance because the pool became to much for me to handle. I would put so much money into my pool every year to try and maintain it but it seemed like it made no difference. After consulting with Jason, the owner, I added up the receipts and found that in the cost of chemicals, maintenance, and opening and closing I spent just around $1640 in the summer of 2007. This was a huge surprise to me because my pool was still a disaster. I realized something needed to change or else this pool was going to continue to suck money out of my wallet and still be a stressful disaster zone. Now I am a full service customer. With that they open and close my pool, provide a pool maintenance and cleaning visit once a week, fix my Polaris and other minor problems for free and if I have a problem on one of the days I am not on the schedule they will make the time to ... I will try to make this breif and to the point. I have been a pool owner for 11 years going on year 12. I have used a different pool company every other year just about. I have now used Crystal Blue Aquatics for the last 2 and plan to sign with them again a third time with full weekly service. Lets face it there are alot of companies and we have all tried many, some are good but cost might be way too high or terrible service with a super low price but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. I found with Crystal Blue Aquatics I am getting exactly what I pay for. My pool has never been maintained nearly as well in previous years and if there is a problem I simply make on call or email and it gets handled fast with no extra charges. The contracts really are what they say.... TURN KEY!!!! My polaris auto cleaner repairs are also included in this contract as no charge.
