While we vacationed elsewhere, our 2 very large dogs vacationed at my elderly parents home. Doggie Do Gooders took excellent care of the dogs, not only providing the necessary walks and feedings, but giving our epileptic lab his heavy duty meds and cleaning up after the dog’s occasional bout of diarrhea. Doggie left daily written reports of the dogs’ activities and even ran an occasional errand for my parents. They were very respectful of the fact that they were taking care of animals in a home where people were present, and tried to make themselves innocuous when entering or leaving, while not scaring my parents.
