Review content:
The service I received form Imperial One Limousine was awful. The vehicle provided to us was described as ""luxurious"", however, it was far from that. The a/c was not functioning. The outside temperature that day was 90 degrees with a humidity of 74%. The interior of that vehicle was nearly the same. When I tried to resolve the situation with the owner, Troy, I was offered no means of resolution. I was told I got what I paid for. There were a slew of other issues regarding the vehicle, but the a/c was the most prominent of them. Definitely would not recommend this service to anyone.
