Me and my girl friends all had a great time for the Bachelorette party. The limo was clean, stocked with drinks and ice and the AC was almost too cold. The driver was on time and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth night. He provided us with a couple trash bags which I'm soooo thankful he did, b/c in the beginning he told us there was a $200 fee if we threw up in the limo. I told him that we wouldn't need it, but he insisted. THANK GOD he did! Other than that we had an amazing time and would definitely rent from them again. In fact we're thinking of using them soon for the wedding. Looking forward to it, I don't remember the driver's name but would like to have the same one if possible.\r \r Thanks guys,\r Allison more

It was my dad's 50th birthday, me and my brothers and sisters wanted to throw him a surprise party. We had plans to go to a nice restaurant in Tampa and we all really wanted to party it up. We knew that if one of us had to drive (especially from Springhill to Tampa), it wouldn't be as fun for someone, so a friend of mine recommended Imperial One Limo. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after speaking with Devin, I knew we were in good hands. After putting 50 flamingos in the yard I thought my dad was going to lose it, but when he saw the H2 pull up he went crazy.\r \r The driver called before hand to make sure it was a surprise. He was very helpful and courteous. He helped us load enough drinks to run a small bar and we were off. The heat of the day was disgusting, but the AC held up nicely (there was 14 of us in there) and the sound system rocked!! \r \r I can't thank Imperial One Limos enough. I've already set up our next outing and plan on spreading the word of this great company. \r \r THANKS FOR MAKING MY DAD'S BDAY!!! more

The service I received form Imperial One Limousine was awful. The vehicle provided to us was described as ""luxurious"", however, it was far from that. The a/c was not functioning. The outside temperature that day was 90 degrees with a humidity of 74%. The interior of that vehicle was nearly the same. When I tried to resolve the situation with the owner, Troy, I was offered no means of resolution. I was told I got what I paid for. There were a slew of other issues regarding the vehicle, but the a/c was the most prominent of them. Definitely would not recommend this service to anyone. Greatest Limo Service!! 4/26/2012

So so so Impressed! Seriously the greatest limo company around!! Could not believe how much cheaper it was than all the other companies around, and for good service and a really nice limo. I highly recommend Imperial One Limos!! more
