Review content:
I went to order one 5x7 reprint that cost me $10. After waiting for 2 weeks and not getting a call that my order was ready I decided to call back. They could not find my order! I was told they were going to research and call me back in a few minutes. After two days without a call back I decided to call them again. I was told to come in the store with my original receipt (thank god I saved it). When I got there Sandra told me that that order was picked up. I had to argue with her and explain that I never received my order. They obviously don't even have a system to track picked up orders. After calling me a liar she agreed to to reprint a lousy 5x7 order which she obviously forgot to process! Very unprofessional and not worth the headache, especially if you are paying hundreds of dollars for pictures, as most people are.
