Mi recomendación para este Studio Fotográfico son las mejores, no comparto el comentario anterior ya que esa Señorita le tiró las fotos a mi hija y a tres de mis sobrinas, q han venido hasta de California, el trato es expectacular, lo mismo de la fotógrafa q de la rubia, en esta última ocacion había un fotografo hombre q también le tiró fotos en el parque a mi niña y fue genial, quede tan contenta q cuando me llamaron para recoger el trabajo le lleve un chiscake de regalo a Sandra, Gracias Acosta Studio los seguiré recomendados, atentamente Gladys more

I went to order one 5x7 reprint that cost me $10. After waiting for 2 weeks and not getting a call that my order was ready I decided to call back. They could not find my order! I was told they were going to research and call me back in a few minutes. After two days without a call back I decided to call them again. I was told to come in the store with my original receipt (thank god I saved it). When I got there Sandra told me that that order was picked up. I had to argue with her and explain that I never received my order. They obviously don't even have a system to track picked up orders. After calling me a liar she agreed to to reprint a lousy 5x7 order which she obviously forgot to process! Very unprofessional and not worth the headache, especially if you are paying hundreds of dollars for pictures, as most people are. more

I have been a customer from Acosta Photo Studio since my children were in elementary school, 20 years ago, and I never saw myself writing a negative comment on this studio. They took my grandson first communion pictures and they were horrible. Most of them have a shadow making him look he has not slept for a week, other pictures were slanted (even the cross and many other things ...too many to write. They do not even allow me to speak to Acosta because I want him to retake the pistures...the staff neddless to say how rude.. I do not recommend anyone to take their child there more

It was great\r i went there with my outfit\r i went in someone directed me to the dressing room \r i changed and then they directed me to the photographer\r where he gave me different backgrounds to choose\r i chose then he gave me some suggestions for poses \r and before u know it i was paying\r the pictures were mailed to me within 2 buisness days\r Very recomended\r They were sooo clear i luved them Pros: Pictures were very clear Cons: Need more dressing rooms (had to wait in line for bout) more
