Review content:
I obtained a printout of an online deal that I came across for urban jungle from amazon. I called a day later to the school to redeem my voucher and the phone just rang and there was no room for voicemail. So, I sent them an email stating that I wanted to redeem my voucher. However I received no response. So, I decided to go there in person and come with my paper printout in to redeem an online promotion for a set of their classes. I was denied by the instructor who said I had to be cleared by Josh to do a back ground check and to verify if my print out was authentic. I was then told to go back and to call them later in the week to verify if my print out was legitimate and to then come back to their school to attend the classes. I have never been mistreated by a business like this before for one to accuse me of bringing in unauthentic paperwork basically saying that I'm a criminal of some sort and accusing me of being a liar. Second of all embarrassing me in front of others in their school. Third of all the inconvenience of having to spend my time to go back home after I spent my time getting there.
