I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. ABSOLUTELY the WORST business I have ever encountered with. It's so disgusting how he treats his patients. We purchased more than $5,000 worth of Plantation shutters and starting from the first day he was rude to us when trying to advise us on what to put on our new windows. He took quick measurements of (not even all) our windows and then zoomed off saying that he would have them installed in two weeks. He comes back in 2 weeks and it is a complete DISASTER. NONE of the shutters fit on our window and he kept on insisting that they were all perfect. He nailed nails onto the frame of the shutter and when we demanded that he take them off there were disgusting holes in the windows that he tried to install. He denied the faulty measurements and just kept on yelling (in his broken english) that they were all perfect and that all we need were frames... Why would you not know that we needed frames from the beginning?!. He then has the audacity to go back and come back in 2 weeks and says he has to "remeasure" everything. Shouldn't this have been done on the VERY first day?. He denies any action being his fault and gives empty apologies saying "sorry sorry" and then goes into blaming something about our windows. We then ask him when he would have them to us (when they were supposed to be in a week ago) and he says that it may take 6-7 weeks saying that "I'm so busy"... I'm surprised he has any business with that kind of personality and work ethic.\r

We are in the process of suing him for giving us faulty products and not returning our "deposit" of $2000 if he does not come back soon with absolute perfect shutters. He has not only wasted our money but also our time and has made us frustrated for months. \r
