Ripoff! I have been purchasing parts there and recommending it for three years. This was my first time to have any work done. I took in my echo weed whacker 7/11 and was told it would be two weeks. I called 7/29 and was told they hadn't touched it yet and it would be at least another two weeks. I asked if I could come in and pick it up and get my $40 refunded and was told I could. They called me back @ 30 minutes later and said it had been completed. Surprised I asked if they could have done all I asked in such a short time. Of course they could. I went down to pick it up and was told no parts replaced (tuneup requested along with fuel lines that leaked) but over the phone he said the carb was overhauled. I asked for used parts and he admitted he replaced no parts but one 6"" fuel line with grommet from filter to carb. Totaled at $96 for basically nothing. When I complained he said the bottom line was I asked for a tuneup and that is what I got. Never going b ack there again and will tell all the people I ahve directed there the same. AVOID this place.
