I have been using these people since 2005 for my two cats. From the front office staff to the vet techs and the doctors, everyone loves animals. Walking in there, they have a menagerie of happy animals behind the office counter hanging out with their human parent at work. It is such a refreshing vet to visit! They love their fuzzy children! And after having a major emergency with my youngest (off the chart crystals in urine) and having to run him to the Acton clinic, the doctors who worked at both places remembered my cat from the acton emergency and would always be excited and happy to see him when he came in. They would always have the urinary diet food instock that he was prescribed and frequently would call just to check in on us. A++
