I am a buyer of 2 cars from Westlie Ford. I was Happy with the buying experience but that is not why I am giving them the raving review. I purchased the extended warranty on my Town and Country van. 4 years latter I turned it into a business van and then needed to make a claim on the warranty. The warranty company denied the claim due to the ""commercial"" status. I want and talked to Ryan Dickenson (owner) to explain my problem. Ryan went up and beyond the call of duty. He was able to get the warranty changed to a ""Commercial"" policy so I will still have coverage for 50,000 more miles and He had his shop look into my problem. His Service Manager Bob found the issue and fixed it without needing a claim. They kept my Van running for my Dine In 2Nite dinner business. In the service department Marie gets another raving review on Yelp for doing what she does to keep customers happy!! Thank You Westlie Ford and all of your staff
