Dead Flowers Joyce Merck!! My boyfriend is a firefighter that works 48 hours straight and had flowers delivered to me at work. As soon as the delivery boy handed me flowers, I started picking out the dead ones. I didn't want to hurt my boyfriend's feelings, so I decided to stop into the shop and have them replaced before he got home from work. From the moment I walked in the door, the owner was a WITCH. Overnight the flowers had gone from bad to worse and she said they were thirsty and it was my fault. She continued to argue with me and blame me for the way the flowers looked and told me maybe I shouldn't be receiving flowers if I can't take care of them. They should last more than 24 hours, especially coming from a florist. I told my boyfriend about the situation and he called 3 times and left a message and got no response. I was horrified at the terrible customer service and the poor quality of flowers. We will be sure never to use them again.
