NEVER DELIVERED - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I have recently placed an order with Joyce Merck Florist for one dozen roses and six cupcakes to be delivered to a residence in Oakwood, Georgia. The product was never delivered to the residence. I have repeatedly tried to reach the florist to resolve the issue with no avail due to screening of phone calls. After calling from a different telephone number, my call was immediately answered and the representative from the florist shop said that she would contact me by email to verify delivery confirmation. I was advised to call back if I had any other issues and leave a message and my call would be promptly returned. Needless to say, the confirmation email never came. To this date, I have left four voicemail messages with no returned phone call or any attempt to confirm delivery to say nothing of failed attempts to reimburse a dissatisfied customer for goods that were purchased and never received. Another attempt to contact the florist was made again, calling from yet another phone line and the call was this time answered. As soon as I verified my identity, the same representative I had previously spoken with at the florist stated "I know who you are. I am avoiding your calls because you are rude." The call was promptly ended. I have only been adamant in seeking resolution to the florist's inability to deliver their product and to follow through with "claims" of customer service. I have since filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and have contacted MasterCard who will be reclaiming the funds from the merchant for a full reimbursement. I suggest others do the same since reading through the company ratings, this is not their first offense false deliveries as well as poor business practice and awful customer service. The biggest advice I can offer is to AVOID THIS Joyce Merck Florist FLORIST ALLTOGETHER!!!!
