I used to be a boarding client of this practice and, while I would recommend their boarding facility, I have had a couple of issues with them regarding their medical practices. Firstly, because I only use them to board, I do not need to receive notifications regarding vaccines. I have informed them several times not to send me notices, but to no avail: the techs tell me that the notices are produced by the system "automatically" and, somehow, cannot be stopped. Secondly, whenever I have boarded there, they insist on a plethora of vaccines. I understand that they need to safeguard the health of all boarding animals but the last time I was there, they double vaccinated my dog by giving her an all-in-one shot, one of which she had already received at her regular vet during her annual. Lastly, I recently took my dog in to have her nails trimmed. I asked the tech if I could go in with my dog for the procedure, as my dog is very nervous about the procedure; she is also older (10) and I like
