Windex... enough said. I used to bring my car here all the time but never again. Last time I went they detailed the entire inside of my car with Window Cleaner - Windex; my leather seats, dash, leather stirring wheel, inside the doors, etc.). When I asked them what they used on my seats because they looked unusually dry they informed me that they are now using Windex on everything inside the vehicles. Oh and they use windex on your wheels as well. After paying $30 for them to detail my car I had to go buy leather/dash conditioner and RE-detail the entire inside of my vehicle. As for the outside... there were still bugs all over my grill, but I was so upset about the Windex deal I was afraid to ask them to rewash the outside. Needless to say I wont be going back.
