Top Notch Express Car Wash

Windex... enough said. I used to bring my car here all the time but never again. Last time I went they detailed the entire inside of my car with Window Cleaner - Windex; my leather seats, dash, leather stirring wheel, inside the doors, etc.). When I asked them what they used on my seats because they looked unusually dry they informed me that they are now using Windex on everything inside the vehicles. Oh and they use windex on your wheels as well. After paying $30 for them to detail my car I had to go buy leather/dash conditioner and RE-detail the entire inside of my vehicle. As for the outside... there were still bugs all over my grill, but I was so upset about the Windex deal I was afraid to ask them to rewash the outside. Needless to say I wont be going back. more

I visited this place for the first time I got an oil change and a wash spent a total of $72.00. My experience was so dissatisfying with this place and wouldn?t recommend them to anyone I saw two cars come out before mine with damage to them and seen one of the owners talking to the manger on duty and his body language was telling me he didn?t care about it then my Yukon came out and I was looking it over as they wipe it down the attendant waves his rag I went over and stated looking around my truck what a messed up clean job and I had damage so I ask for the manger and he shows up I explains I just spent$72.00 and I felt I should get a better job so he told the attendant to redo it and he did (give him a tip ) I ask the manger about the damage and again his words and body language told he did care so I ask for someone elses name I could talk to he said he was the one I needed to talk so I ask what was going to be done about the damage and he said nothing told me I hadn?t took care of my truck and that?s way the clear coat was coming off so I?m in the process taking this to another level 3 vehicles that had the same damage in less then 2 hours I will never go to this place or any of there other locations and as me not taking care my truck it?s a 2004 GMC Yukon with only 56,232 miles on it. more

Top notch is TOP NOTCH..I recently went to The Shine Shop on Furys Ferry rd because it is near my home my truck entered with no scratches and no dents but it exited with several dents and scratches. lesson learned I will stick with Top Notch. more
