I recently purchased a 2014 V6 Premium Mustang from Lance Cunningham Ford. I ordered the car originally from another dealership only to find out a week before I thought it was going to be here that it was going to be another month if not longer before it arrived to dealership ,so I ended up cancelling the order. Throughout this process I talked with 6 dealerships and Lance Cunningham Ford twice. It seemed as if I was NEVER going to get my dream car(because I have been looking at this car for at least a year!!!) because I felt like nobody wanted to help me. But after leaving Lance Cunningham the first time so upset, against better judgment my dad talked me into going back with him.. The second time I came in and spoke to Matt Snell. Matt completely turned this car buying experience around 220%..He was never pushy and he helped me get my dream car for a great price!!!From start to finish my car got to the dealership in less than 4 weeks. I picked the car up on 9-16-2013 for my birthday and Matt made sure it was absolute perfection, and it very much was!!! :)If it wasn't for him , I still don't think I would have my car. I really do believe Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was happy(he really got on my level) unlike the other people I have dealt with in this process. I look forward to working with Matt Snell in the future... :) \r
