Review content:
I decided to lease again with Edwards, and the current deal was that my first three payments would be waived known as the ""pull ahead bonus."" I signed paperwork for the three specific months to be paid, however, about six weeks later I received daily phone calls from the Hyundai Finance organization that I was not making payments. \r \r \r After several phone calls with the Hyundai Finance Department which took hours they concluded that my paperwork was ""inaccurate."" The Edwards dealership should not have given me the offer of waived payments because the car I leased an Elantra, was not part of the ""pull ahead bonus deal."" I needed to have instead leased a Sonota or Genesis to be offered the pull ahead deal. Hyundai Finance stated to me that it was the dealership's responsibility to make the payments as they offered me a deal that was inaccurate. \r \r When I began to discuss the dispute with my sales representative that the Hyundai Finance organization told me paperwork was filed inaccurately he replied in a text, ""Sorry we are working on it...There are also others who didn't get there payments."" The sales rep then went on later to back track and say that I didn't qualify because I didn't release with them on the day my old lease was up so I wasn't ""guaranteed"" the deal. I released two days later than I should have. I told the sales person that was not accurate because the Hyundai Finance organization said my Elantra would have never qualified for the deal even if I released the day my old lease was discontinued (again the sales person replied that he had other Elantra leases sold with the deal and it went through so the Finance department is wrong). The dealership than claimed it was Hyundai Finance's problem because they weren't clear or consistent on their deals and thatHyundai Finance should be the one honoring the deal.\r \r During these text messages I am also calling the Edward's Dealership to speak with Sales Managers each time they said they were on top of my issue and would get back to me. NEVER did they return my calls. My salesperson also said I wasn't allowed to have the dealership's representatives phone number. \r \r During this time Hyundai Finance stated I must pay the payments or it will be reported on my credit score.
