Like one of the reviewers above, i was on my way back from the airport stuck in traffic no less than 10 min from the Kennel. I called them to let them know i would be 10 min late. They would not let me take my dog home, and would not let me speak with the owner of the Kennels. \r

Despite this, i took my dog back one last time when i had to go on business. Needless to say my dog came back with Kennel Cough, though he had been properly vaccinated. My vet told me that was most likely b/c of the stagnant air in the kennel. \r

I now go to a Kennel in wilton and though it is more expensive & 30 min out of my way i feel comfortable leaving my dog with them, in an open air environment where they dont charge me $10 to let me dog out for 15 min a day
