Cassio Kennels is a good place to keep your dog if you don't regard your dog as a member of the family. On a recent long weekend, we kept both our dogs there for two nights. On the way to pick them up we knew we were going to be about 9 minutes late. So with kids crying in the back seat because they won't see their dogs, we called Cassio to let them know we would be 9 minutes late. The manager absolutely refused to stay to let us pick up our dogs! She said they had a "strict policy". Given this place is not exactly cheap, I would expect a much better attitude towards customers. We are spending our money somewhere else.\r

Update: We have tried Wags Doggie Daycamp about half a dozen times now and the service is fantastic.
