I can't even believe this place is still in business. My experience in this facility was like being in the twilight zone. I think the name of this place should be changed to Rude 'a' roo's. Last week I had the most horrible experience ever in a retail store. The thought crossed my mind that I was on a hidden camera show, the customer service was so bad. The owner (initially thought she was just an employee) was ridiculously rude and controlling. It was seriously creepy and weird. I was unable to touch anything in the store. I entered the store with my daughter, who by the way is extremely well behaved. This "owner" immediately floated over to me to let me know that my daughter should not be touching any toys in the store. I actually looked around me to see if anyone else was there to hear what she was saying. This woman didn't even know me and she's immediately telling my 5 year old daughter, in a demoralizing tone, not to touch anything in the store. Bizarre!!! I was ready to explode
