One does not expect to wake up and find a tree on top of their car, but this is exactly what happened to me. I had no idea what to do other than to start searching for the top competitors in the area with the best work at cheapest price, and I am so happy I found RapidGlass. The person on the phone was very polite and patient, and I was able to get an appointment within a day. The person who fixed my windshield, Jim, arrived exactly when he said he would and was very patient and understanding about my situation. He fixed everything and vacuumed the shards of glass all over my trunk within 30 minutes, then I just signed the paperwork and everything was done! It was affordable, fast and convenient; for such a crummy situation, RapidGlass made it all seem much more bearable. I will be recommending them to any friends with auto glass problems in the future!
