One does not expect to wake up and find a tree on top of their car, but this is exactly what happened to me. I had no idea what to do other than to start searching for the top competitors in the area with the best work at cheapest price, and I am so happy I found RapidGlass. The person on the phone was very polite and patient, and I was able to get an appointment within a day. The person who fixed my windshield, Jim, arrived exactly when he said he would and was very patient and understanding about my situation. He fixed everything and vacuumed the shards of glass all over my trunk within 30 minutes, then I just signed the paperwork and everything was done! It was affordable, fast and convenient; for such a crummy situation, RapidGlass made it all seem much more bearable. I will be recommending them to any friends with auto glass problems in the future! more

I have had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. 30 days to get a home window installed and we have to call wondering why its late. Not to mention you say you will be out 1-3pm finally and call 2 hours before saying it won't be till 4-6pm.. I really wish I would have went with someone else! Horrible service!!! more

Super fast and quality work 12/6/2011

My driver's window got broken into. My boyfriend and I decided to call Rapid Glass. I got my window fixed the next day. It was very convenient; they come and fix your car at your house. The technician's work was perfect and quick. It was worth the price we had paid for. =D more

Finely Fixed! 4/23/2010

After staring through my cracked windshield for passed the few weeks, I finally decided to have it fixed, I contacted Rapid Glass the in the morning. The cheerful women explained she could send a qualified technician to have a windshield replacement installed that same day and they would handle all the insurance billing all I needed to do was give them the location of the vechical.After the installation was complete I was amazed, the windshield looked as good as it did when I got it from the dealership! No hasseless, no headaches, Thanks Pros: Helpful And Curtious more

Very nice experience from the first phone call, to the friendly technicians that worked on my car. They even followed up after the work was complete to make sure I was completely satisfied. Went out of their way to help! 12/9/2009

While I was shopping for holiday presents, someone broke into my car. When I came out I was shocked to see such a mess. It was very cold outside and I could not drive with cold air rushing in. I called my insurance agent and he recommended me and gave me their phone number. They came out within an hour and fixed it right in the parking lot and cleaned up all the mess. Thanks again! Steer Clear! 11/30/2009

Horrible service wish I did not have to give a star! What a mess. Was told that they would replace glass on Tuesday morning, only to wait around all morning and finally call them to find out, ""oh we just found out that your window is not in stock"". Was told they would be out on Saturday then....guess what - they didn't show! As I wasted another morning at home waiting for the repair and continually calling the call center to figure out when this was going to happen, I was not able to get one single answer other than, oh, the shops are all now closed. WTF? Finally spoke with a manager today to express my dissatisfation and they didn't care. Guess what, they could order that part now today for $70 more than I was originally quoted, and can ""possibly"" get it in the next few days. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO STAY SANE.
