Review content:
My dog was a pup when she first started going to Timberline. She was the best dog I could ever ask for, and Timberline gave her the care that she needed all the time. The entire staff was wonderful from the receptionist, to the groomer, and especially Dr. Hitt. He was there from day one with her and, a few months ago when it was her time to go to the big dog park in the sky, he again was there for me. When we were in the room prior to putting her to sleep, they gave me the time to say goodbye, and when Dr. Hitt came in, he gave her a good pet on the head and told her and me he was sorry, we proceded and after, they gave me time to compose myself. They let me take care of bill prior so I didn't have to deal with it when i was upset.\r
A few days later I was at home and opening my mail and saw that I had a letter from Timberline. It was a letter with a sentimental story. It eased my troubles. I have always loved timberline but never expected anything like that from them. Its nice to k
