Best Friends Pet Care in Avon is the only place I will bring my dog for boarding or grooming. After a local pet sitter we had engaged became unreliable, I was in a bind, days away from a vacation, with nobody to care for my dog. I called Best Friends, after hearing good things about them from our vet, and was pleasantly surprised to find a clean, well run facility with a super friendly staff. My dog now actually looks forward to his stays, and his grooms at Best Friends. During our last vacation, the staff even emailed me photos of my dog enjoying his nature walks, playgroups, etc. Little things like that mean so much when you're worried if your pet is missing you! The staff is friendly, courteous, and very responsive to phone calls or inquiries. Highly recommend.
